Shipping/Returns


We ship everywhere via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer free shipping for retail sales to the United States and Canada. There is a flat $10 shipping and handling fee for international retail orders.

The USPS estimates a 6‐10 day delivery time; however, there may be delays because of international customs. Tracking is not available on international orders.


Returns

We are confident that you will be impressed with the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping and handling) through PayPal. The cap must be in original, sellable condition and have all original tags and product packaging. The original packing slip and Exchange/Return form provided with your purchase must accompany the item. You must also call our office at 585-775-7589 or contact us by email at info@eggheadsoques.com for an Authorization Code before returning your item. Items should be packaged securely and mailed to the following address:

Exchanges

Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and to ensure items are in stock, Egghead Soques® does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the above instructions and then place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement, or wait for your refund before doing so. We’ll get your new order out right away.

*Product Condition Requirements

Items must be clean and contain no oils, gels, hair, and odor, and have no tears, patches, stains, or blemishes. Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable.
